2. License

The website doesn’t contain any material protected by copyright. We do not host any files that violate copyright. All digital products on the website are released under GNU General Public License and designed by one or more third parties (developers).

These products and any other material presented on the website are available for personal use only. If you want to use the products for commercial (business) purposes, you should buy them directly from the developers.

We do not provide any license or trial/commercial keys needed for automatic updating of these products. All products presented on the website operate in full and on an unlimited number of websites (domains). No license keys needed.

The products purchased on our website are offered under the GNU license, the purchase of one of our products does not guarantee at any time that you are the sole and exclusive owner of the product you have purchased and the material it contains.

Our products are offered publicly in our store Template Rex to customers who want to purchase any item to start their own investment project, if you need an item where you have all the rights of the product will have to request a custom order to make from zero a development of a new product which will be made for you only, this will never be launched in our store or have the possibility of being purchased.

Re-use of any graphics, icons, photos or videos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.

All digital products are purchased by you without the possibility of re-selling or re-distributing them.

4. Refund Policy

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases made through www.templaterex.com, including but not limited to templates, scripts, licenses, and other digital products, are final and non-refundable due to their digital nature. Once the final payment has been processed, cancellations, exchanges, or modifications are not permitted. Orders are fulfilled automatically and immediately upon payment, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. CUSTOM PROJECTS – NO REFUNDS ONCE WORK HAS BEGUN

For custom development projects, once the project has been initiated, resources have been allocated, and work has commenced, no refunds will be granted. By placing an order and completing payment, the client fully commits to the service, acknowledging that the project will be executed as agreed.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM PROJECTS

Once a custom project has been discussed, scheduled, and payment has been completed, it is considered confirmed, and preparations for development commence immediately. If a cancellation request is made prior to the start of development, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, and the time invested in project planning and resource allocation. The remaining balance, after deductions, may be refunded through the original payment method. However, once development has begun, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By making a purchase on www.templaterex.com, the client expressly agrees to these terms and acknowledges that all sales are final.

5. Support Policy

We provide support for a period of 6 months for your product this includes technical inquiries through our ticket system on our platform or through the contact system on our website, so you can receive the correct support, our team does not provide support on social networks such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram or similar. For example, we can help you to install digital products. Please note that our product support policy can also be removed at any time.

When you purchase our products they include the corresponding documentation and 6 months of support from our team:

• Product installation for 1 domain
• Availability of the Template Rex to answer questions
• Get assistance with reported bugs and issues
• Help with included 3rd party assets

Product support does not include:

• Our free products are not have support due to their nature
• Any request for changes to the original code provided that involves making customizations, such as creating logos, images, banners / adding logos, texts, images, pages, functions / changing logos, images, pages, functions, colors, and other similar activities corresponding to personalizing a product.
• Configurations for the different areas of your project or script, hosting, Firewall, DDOS and other similar services or similar tasks.
• Our support does not extend to third-party products that have not been provided by us
• Our Template Rex team does not offer personal assisted training on the use of the our products

Having support for your purchased item means that Template Rex will be available to you, the buyer, to iron-out any potential issues you have in using the item, we will respond as soon as possible within a period of 24 hours business or 48 hours business.

When accessing our support, we will verify your purchase on our website about the product you need support for, our products cannot be transferred to other users or the right to get our support to another user, our support is only valid for the account that has made the purchase, If the 6 months support time that includes your product has expired, you can pay an additional fee to get support for your products or custom orders.

All of our templates are 100% customizable, they include the source files that you can edit yourself according to your needs, but you must have skills in HTML, CSS and JS to make the changes / customizations in your project.

If you do not have knowledge to customize your product and you need a personalized service for your project, you can hire our team to make the customizations you need in your product, send us your requirements with the items you need and we will indicate the price of your personalized order, contact us.

6. User Services

1. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT

1. The processes by which the Client may engage Template Rex, submit a Service Request as a Fixed Price Project, or initiate day-to-day activities under this Agreement are outlined in the terms and conditions of Template Rex’s website, which are incorporated as part of this Service Agreement.

2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that entering into this Agreement with Template Rex does not create, establish, or constitute an employment relationship with Template Rex. Furthermore, this Agreement does not establish a partnership or agency relationship between the Client and Template Rex. Employees of Template Rex do not have the authority to enter into written or oral contracts (whether implied or express) on behalf of the Client.

3. Both parties (the Client and Template Rex) agree to handle all Personal Information shared between them with confidentiality and to use it solely for fulfilling their respective obligations under this Agreement.

4. Subject to Clause 3, the Parties may only disclose Confidential Information if required by law, legal notice, order, or regulation of any regulatory authority (a ‘Disclosure Obligation’).

2. WARRANTIES

Each party represents and warrants that:

(a) There are no pending or threatened actions, claims, proceedings, or investigations against it that may materially affect the subject matter of this Agreement.
(b) The Client has obtained all necessary licenses, authorizations, consents, approvals, and permits required by applicable laws and regulations to enter into a contract with Template Rex.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Client accepts the scope, terms, and conditions of this Agreement as set forth in the terms and conditions, which form part of this Agreement by:

(a) Submitting a Service Request; or
(b) Appointing Template Rex to provide services; or
(c) Making a payment of any agreed amount, including but not limited to established fees, monthly fees, or any payment of Template Rex’s invoices (whichever occurs first).

4. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT STAGE

A client interested in Template Rex’s services must provide all requirements and details for their customized order. It is essential to include all necessary information clearly and precisely to avoid additional costs or delays. Our team will evaluate the provided requirements and generate a quote based on them, detailing the price and items included. Once the service request is accepted, the client can proceed with payment to initiate the order processing.

Each project is assigned a specific timeframe to complete the required tasks. The development process is divided into three phases:

PHASE 1 – DEVELOPMENT INITIATION

(a) Development begins upon payment confirmation by the blockchain network.
(b) The project scope is limited to the items explicitly included in the Client’s original request. Additional tasks or items not specified in the order will incur extra charges.
(c) If any additional material has been previously agreed upon to complement the order, our team will request it during the development period.
(d) The client will be notified of any progress, updates, or potential delays during the development stage.

PHASE 2 – INITIAL DELIVERY AND CLIENT REVIEW

(a) Upon completing the development phase, Template Rex will deliver the initial version of the project, including all requested items as outlined in the initial agreement.
(b) The client is responsible for ensuring that all agreed-upon requirements are included in this phase. They must conduct all necessary tests to verify that the order meets expectations.
(c) If there are any errors (e.g., programming errors) or necessary corrections, the client must provide feedback in a single document/email, listing all required adjustments.
(d) Our team will perform general testing on PCs and mobile devices using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on iPhones and iPads. The client is responsible for testing on other devices and browsers as needed.
(d) Once the client submits feedback, our team will review and confirm the requested corrections before proceeding with necessary modifications.
(f) If no feedback is received in this phase, the project will be considered successfully delivered and finalized.

PHASE 3 – FINAL DELIVERY

(a) This phase applies only if the Client has submitted feedback during Phase 2.
(b) Template Rex will implement the requested modifications and deliver the final version. The Client must conduct a final review and ensure all feedback-related changes have been applied.
(c) Any new requests introduced at this stage that were not included in the Phase 2 feedback will be considered additional tasks and will incur extra charges.
(d) If the Client requires further modifications beyond the final delivery, these will be treated as a separate project with additional costs.
(e) The Client will receive confirmation of the successful project completion.

5. PROJECT TERMS AND PRICING

• All project estimates/quotations are based on our understanding of the client’s requirements and specified timeframe. Any functional modifications, including minor enhancements, may incur additional costs. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that Template Rex fully understands their requirements before project commencement.
• Clients must provide clear guidelines, workflows, or specific details they require. If requirements are unclear or omitted, additional costs may arise to accommodate changes. Therefore, it is crucial to clarify all project aspects beforehand. Please ensure and clarify our understanding through the various means at hand.
• By initiating a project, you accept and agree to Template Rex’s terms and conditions. Acceptance can be by email, payment of the project.
• Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand your requirements. Customers should provide us with clear guidelines along with any flow or specific details they may require. Where such details are not provided, we will proceed to understand the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may generate additional costs to accommodate the changes. It is therefore essential that you clarify all aspects of your project development and ensure that you have been quoted with the correct requirements.
• Any complexity related to specific tasks should be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of quotation. Template Rex will not assume any discrepancies arising due to unclear requirements.
  Limited working hours are allocated to each task, including project management and digital strategist / business analyst. Minor changes may be included within the allocated hours. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• Template Rex will make every effort to complete the project or changes on schedule. Reasonable delays are accepted during the development and delivery of the project as well as if functionality is redefined or modified.
• Any delay at the customer’s end, may delay the project and the proposed deadlines and may incur additional costs.
• Any error (programming error) reported during or just after the development does not generate additional charges.
• Any rework of a completed task will incur additional charges. Any changes to the design after design approval will incur additional charges.
• Any modifications requested during development or after approval will incur additional charges. All additional work, other than estimates, is charged separately. Template Rex will not be responsible under any circumstances for delays caused by changes to the project brief.
• Website/application content and all related materials must be provided within the first two weeks after the start of the project. Any further delay may delay the project and may incur additional charges if it exceeds the reasonable timeframe.
• Our websites/applications are generally tested on PCs and include near-recent versions of the following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. If you require testing on any other browser, please let us know in advance.
• Responsive / multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhones and iPads. If you require testing on any other device, please let us know in advance.
• Please note that at any stage of the project, stalling the project for more than two calendar months will incur administration costs of $99 per week. In addition, it may increase previously approved estimates. If you need the project to be put on hold, please notify us in writing in advance. In order to put the project on hold without incurring additional charges, we will need the account to be updated based on the work performed. Further details can be discussed if such a situation arises.
• The client must recognize that there may be unforeseen circumstances that will delay the development process. We will make every effort to complete the project as agreed in the proposal. Provided it is within a reasonable period, the client agrees not to penalize us for any actual delays, when every effort is taken to keep the project on the proposed schedule.

6. COPYRIGHT & THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Template Rex retains copyright over all custom code, designs, and developments created for clients unless otherwise agreed upon before the project begins. A license is granted to the client for the use of the software, template, or script developed specifically for their project, but the intellectual property rights of the source code remain with Template Rex.

Use of Third-Party Components

Some projects may require the use of third-party components, such as:

• Payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, CoinPayments, etc.).
• SSL certificates and web security measures.
• External plugins, modules, and libraries.
• Third-party APIs and services (Google Maps, OpenAI, Facebook, etc.).
• Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO Tools).
• Hosting servers and services (VPS, Cloud, CDN, etc.).
• Fonts and graphic elements subject to third-party licenses.

While Template Rex evaluates the suitability and compatibility of these components within the project, we cannot guarantee their performance, continued availability, or any restrictions imposed by their providers.

Additional Costs & Licenses

Costs related to third-party components are not included in standard quotations and are the client’s responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Renewal of licenses and subscriptions for third-party software or services.
• Transaction fees on payment gateways.
• Hosting, server, and domain costs.
• API or third-party service updates that require modifications to the code.

Template Rex can provide guidance on acquiring and configuring these services, but the client is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions set by external providers.

Modifications & Customization of Existing Software

If the client requests modifications to third-party scripts, templates, or systems, Template Rex is not responsible for any failures, incompatibilities, or issues arising from limitations of the original code. Customization will be performed within the available structure, and any technical limitations must be evaluated before implementation.

Brand Protection & Intellectual Property

Template Rex respects intellectual property and trademarks. The client must ensure they have the necessary rights and licenses to use logos, images, fonts, and any other copyrighted materials within the project. Template Rex is not responsible for legal claims arising from the unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

7. PRICING AND REFUND POLICY

(a) The quoted price applies exclusively to the items specified in the Client’s custom order. It does not cover any additional tasks or modifications that were not explicitly described in the initial agreement.
(b) Any new items or tasks requested after the project has begun will be treated as additional work and will incur extra charges.
(c) The project will commence once the payment is confirmed by the blockchain network.
(d) Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy outlined in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions:

• All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellations before development begins are subject to a 30% administrative fee.

By purchasing services from Template Rex, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

7. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.

By registering on the website, you give your consent to receiving messages via e-mail (newsletter subscription). If you want to opt out of receiving these messages, please notify us. After receiving your feedback, we will remove your email address from the mailing list within 24 hours.

8. Anti-Spam Policy

Our Software is directly integrated into the spam reporting systems of major ISPs. Your compliance with this Anti-Spam Policy will help ensure that we maintain our reputation and white-list status with major ISPs and whitelisting programs, which in turn will ensure that you, our customer, retain high deliverability rate and get the most out of our Services.

When using our services it is not necessary to send multiple messages, duplicate tickets on our platform / mail this will only cause your messages to be marked as low priority by our system and respond slower.

We recommend our customers if they want to enjoy our services and support to avoid SPAM on our platform, our system will detect the multiple messages / tickets initially marking them as low priority making access to our support is limited and our responses are slow because they will be at the end of the queue of our system, however if you continue with bad practices by sending multiple messages / tickets our system will end up marking your messages as SPAM which will not allow us to read your messages.

Having support for your purchased item means that Template Rex will be available to you, the buyer, to iron-out any potential issues you have in using the item, we will respond as soon as possible within a period of 24 hours business or 48 hours business.

9. Legal Housekeeping

Eligibility, suspension or termination: The support provided when acquiring a product with us is an automatic benefit for our clients who follow our terms and conditions and who treat other members of our community well, it is important to always keep respect to our Template Rex team. Failure to comply with this can carry out your account be BANNED. We hope you are with us for a long time. But we can, on reasonable discretion, decide whether your use of Template Rex complies with our terms and conditions. We may suspend support or terminate your Template Rex account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably, of course) even if:

a. Breach these terms or any terms applicable to any of your other Template Rex accounts.
b. Breach any of our policies (or policies of any other Template Rex).
c. Act in a way that does not align with the values of our community.
d. Act in a way that could cause us or members harm.

If we do decide to permanently terminate your Template Rex account you must not apply for a new account as unfortunately you will no longer be welcome in our community. This decision may also apply to all of your Template Rex accounts you use.

10. Intellectual Property

What we own: We own all the Template Rex content that we have put on Template Rex  (unless otherwise stated and excluding content owned by others). This includes the design, compilation, and look and feel of the Template Rex site, and copyright, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property on Template Rex. We own all the trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names on Template Rex (unless otherwise stated and excluding these things owned by others). You will not copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any of our Template Rex Content or use any of our intellectual property in any way not expressly stated in these terms.

What we do not own: copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property claims, We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that an item or content infringes an intellectual property right (including copyright), please follow the steps in item 9. DMCA & Infringement Claims to submit your claim.

11. DMCA & Infringement Claims

Template Rex (hereinafter “Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. Company will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
