Compatibility and installation
What the script itself needs
Per GoldCoders' own requirements, the licensed script environment runs on PHP 7.x with the Ioncube Loader, the Curl extension and a MySQL database. If your hosting doesn't provide Ioncube, the script won't run at all, and that catches people out more than anything else.
What a template does and doesn't touch
A template changes the front end. It doesn't change your PHP version, your Ioncube setup or your payment configuration. So a template can be perfect and your site still won't run if the server underneath isn't right. They're separate problems, and it's worth solving the server one first.
